Turn off your television close your eyes and guard your ears
the media’s distracting you your family and your peers
from the real problems that we’re facing as a nation
social distraction is just a part of the operation
they never say the real reason why we’re going to war
they never tell how they rob countries and leave them poor
they only tell you what they think that you should hear
and use propaganda to make you live your life in fear
a bunch of xenophobic pigs is what they really are
who are running out of excuses lies can only go so far
they tell you that there’s pirates robbing ships at sea
but the truth is what you never get to see
you never hear how those ships destroy the coral reefs
pollute the water kill the fish and make it hard to eat
you never hear about how we destroy economies
open your eyes and face the facts and you will start to see

It’s easy to point the finger at terrorist
but think about who the real creator of terror is
your living in a nation that raises a false flag
and goes against it’s own constitution it’s so sad
I’m not saying we’re the worst or that we’re any better
but we’ve forgotten about communities who come together
we’ve forgotten about the wars over seas
about chemical warfare and disease
about the son and daughters of parents who are deceased
who fought in a war that was based on false beliefs
they fought somebody else’s war tell me how fair is that
blood is splattered on soil while pockets are getting fat
your getting brainwashed give media no attention
they cover up the facts then act like they forget to mention
about what really happened when the truths exposed
they hate an open mind and they want you to keep it closed
