where ignorance is bliss and they fear you if you are cultured
& the general consensus of public matters not
political agendas don’t benefit us within the plot
it’s problematic the freedom we take for granted
ignorance is a seed that’s been planted I can’t manage
to be a part of a generation uneducated
of these stolen lands and the lives that were taken to make it
if there’s blood on the branches there’s blood on the roots
that’s a reflection of reversible truth
a conscious mind is what I portray to enlighten the jaded youth
learn to exercise your rights or have ‘em taken from you
comprehend this as truth and recognize the real
take a step back in this battlefield
gain perspective; the mind is either a tool or a prison

home of the rich & the land of their henchmen; grand intervention
